1. Who we are1. हम कौन हैं

"Jurovia Assist" (also "the Firm", "we", "us") is the trade name under which this legal-assistance facilitation and case-management service operates, with its office at 2nd Floor, Shyam Hira Bhawan, H. No. 8, Guru Sahay Lal Nagar, P.O- Ashiana Nagar, Patna-800025. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or practise law."Jurovia Assist" (साथ ही "फर्म", "हम") वह व्यापार-नाम है जिसके अंतर्गत यह कानूनी-सहायता समन्वय और केस-प्रबंधन सेवा संचालित होती है, जिसका कार्यालय 2nd Floor, Shyam Hira Bhawan, H. No. 8, Guru Sahay Lal Nagar, P.O- Ashiana Nagar, Patna-800025 पर है। हम एक कानूनी फर्म नहीं हैं और कानूनी सलाह नहीं देते और न ही वकालत करते हैं।

2. Nature of service2. सेवा की प्रकृति

• Our role is limited to facilitating, coordinating and arranging legal assistance, providing administrative/logistical/case-management support, and connecting members with independent, empanelled advocates.हमारी भूमिका कानूनी सहायता की सुविधा, समन्वय और व्यवस्था, प्रशासनिक/लॉजिस्टिक/केस-प्रबंधन सहायता प्रदान करने, और सदस्यों को स्वतंत्र, सूचीबद्ध अधिवक्ताओं से जोड़ने तक सीमित है।
• Legal opinions, advice, drafting, filing and representation are provided solely by independent empanelled advocates, not by the Firm.कानूनी राय, सलाह, ड्राफ्टिंग, फाइलिंग और प्रतिनिधित्व केवल स्वतंत्र सूचीबद्ध अधिवक्ताओं द्वारा प्रदान किए जाते हैं, फर्म द्वारा नहीं।
• The Firm does not guarantee any court outcome, bail, release, acquittal or favourable order.फर्म किसी अदालती परिणाम, ज़मानत, रिहाई, बरी या अनुकूल आदेश की गारंटी नहीं देती।

3. Membership & coverage3. सदस्यता और कवरेज

• Each plan has its own fee, tenure, commencement date, notify window, scope, eligibility and exclusions, as stated on the plan page and in your policy document.प्रत्येक योजना का अपना शुल्क, अवधि, आरंभ तिथि, सूचना अवधि, दायरा, पात्रता और अपवाद हैं, जैसा योजना पृष्ठ और आपके पॉलिसी दस्तावेज़ में बताया गया है।
• Coverage begins only from the commencement date. Disputes with a cause of action arising before that date are not covered.कवरेज केवल आरंभ तिथि से शुरू होती है। उस तिथि से पहले उत्पन्न कारण वाले विवाद कवर नहीं होते।
• Only one dispute is covered during the plan term. Additional disputes require a fresh plan. A dispute must be notified within the plan's notify window.योजना अवधि के दौरान केवल एक विवाद कवर होता है। अतिरिक्त विवाद हेतु नई योजना आवश्यक है। विवाद की सूचना योजना की सूचना-अवधि में देनी होगी।
• Private disputes, family disputes and criminal cases are excluded across all plans, unless specifically stated otherwise.सभी योजनाओं में निजी विवाद, पारिवारिक विवाद और आपराधिक मामले अपवर्जित हैं, जब तक विशेष रूप से अन्यथा न कहा जाए।

4. Member obligations4. सदस्य के दायित्व

• All documents and information you submit must be genuine and certified. Forgery or misrepresentation may lead to termination of membership without liability of the Firm.आपके द्वारा प्रस्तुत सभी दस्तावेज़ और जानकारी असली और प्रमाणित होनी चाहिए। जालसाज़ी या ग़लतबयानी पर फर्म की बिना ज़िम्मेदारी सदस्यता समाप्त की जा सकती है।
• You must submit documents demanded by the advocate and follow the rules and regulations notified by the Firm.आपको अधिवक्ता द्वारा माँगे गए दस्तावेज़ प्रस्तुत करने होंगे और फर्म द्वारा सूचित नियमों का पालन करना होगा।

5. Advocates & fees5. अधिवक्ता और शुल्क

• Only empanelled advocates handle cases. If you opt out and engage your own advocate, the Firm bears no cost or responsibility for that engagement.केवल सूचीबद्ध अधिवक्ता केस संभालते हैं। यदि आप अपना अधिवक्ता नियुक्त करते हैं, तो फर्म उस व्यवस्था की कोई लागत या ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं लेती।
• Advocate professional fees are separate unless explicitly included in a plan, and are agreed with you before assignment.अधिवक्ता का पेशेवर शुल्क अलग है जब तक योजना में स्पष्ट रूप से शामिल न हो, और नियुक्ति से पहले आपके साथ तय किया जाता है।

6. Payments & documents6. भुगतान और दस्तावेज़

There is no online payment on this website. Fees are collected directly by the Firm (UPI / bank transfer / cash to authorised persons only). Upon payment, a non-editable policy document and receipt, each bearing a unique number, are issued and retained on the Firm's records.इस वेबसाइट पर ऑनलाइन भुगतान नहीं है। शुल्क सीधे फर्म द्वारा लिया जाता है (केवल UPI / बैंक ट्रांसफर / अधिकृत व्यक्तियों को नकद)। भुगतान पर, प्रत्येक अद्वितीय संख्या वाला अ-संपादनीय पॉलिसी दस्तावेज़ और रसीद जारी किए जाते हैं और फर्म के रिकॉर्ड में रखे जाते हैं।

7. Fees are non-refundable7. शुल्क वापसी-योग्य नहीं

All memberships are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or directed by a competent authority. See our Refund Policy.सभी सदस्यताएँ वापसी-योग्य नहीं हैं, सिवाय जहाँ लागू कानून द्वारा या सक्षम प्राधिकारी के निर्देश पर वापसी आवश्यक हो। हमारी वापसी नीति देखें।

8. Confidentiality & changes8. गोपनीयता और परिवर्तन

• Information supplied by members is kept strictly confidential and shared only with the assigned advocate as needed.सदस्यों द्वारा दी गई जानकारी पूर्ण गोपनीयता से रखी जाती है और केवल नियुक्त अधिवक्ता के साथ आवश्यकतानुसार साझा की जाती है।
• The Firm may modify these terms and will inform members of any change. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.फर्म इन शर्तों में संशोधन कर सकती है और किसी भी परिवर्तन की सूचना सदस्यों को देगी। सेवा का निरंतर उपयोग स्वीकृति माना जाएगा।

9. Governing law9. शासी कानून

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं। विवाद पटना, बिहार के न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं।
